📍Fave hostel: Aquarela do Leme. I stayed at this hostel for over a month. It’s truly amazing, it has an unreal home made buffet breakfast, co work space, rooftop gym and box beds made of cement with your own shelves, locker and curtain. The staff are lovely and the vibes are great. It’s halfway up a favela and this can deter people, but it shouldn’t. I felt safer there than many other places in Rio. The sense of community is so special!

☕️ Fave cafe: Tiny Cat Cafe, The Coffee or Aussie Coffee, all have good coffee!

✨Things to do: The list is endless but; Carnival 😛, Christ the Redeemer, Two Brothers hike, favela tour and party, walk around and get the tram up Santa Teresa, vintage second hand markets, Gloria Market on a Sunday, museums (free on a Tuesday), bike around the beaches, play beach volleyball with the hot locals, chill on the beach, drink caipis on the beach just live at the beach 😍

To all the legends I met, thank you for making this trip unreal and I’m so grateful to call you my friends and can’t wait to see you again. At the end of the day, it’s always the people that make a place special. And yes, I felt a lot of feelings making this like the sooky bitch that I am 😂❤️‍🔥

If you’ve been thinking of going to this continent, I cannot recommend it enough. I had the best time, saw the most amazing things, grew so much, made lifelong friends and learned a whole lot about new cultures and a different way of living. I’m absolutely stoked that working on the road like a digital nomad wanker is now life, making this only a ‘see ya later’ to this special part of the world 🌎.

Onto the next chapter 🥳❤️‍🔥

Can’t believe how lucky I’ve been to spend my last weeks in Brazil and Latin America with the most incredible family of Legends.

Nearly eight weeks together between Florianopolis and Rio and I loved every minute of cooking chefy meals, singing in the kitchen, getting daily açais, working together, talking shit on gorgeous rooftops, eating special things at bars and enjoying everything about Favela Life in Rio (minus the giant hill).

Going to miss you so much but I am so grateful to know and love you Ballers. Less grateful for my laugh in all our videos 😂.
